Stepping into the culinary world in 2008, cooking has transformed into not just a passion but a source of joy, a lifestyle, and an embodiment of positive thinking. It brings immense happiness, a sense of accomplishment, and even the opportunity to pursue it as a career, a means of livelihood. Through this journey, I’ve gained the freedom to create my own culinary masterpieces.

Life is about challenges, not about challenging others, but about challenging yourself. Because the biggest obstacle on the road of life is one’s own shortcomings. Challenging yourself is challenging shortcomings, and it also heralds the road to success.
In 2021, he established the Culinary Masters Kitchen and cultivated a new generation of chefs. In 2022, he served as the Executive Chef of WJ Group and founded “T Palace,” adhering to his personal beliefs of “introspection within, outreach to the world” and his original intentions. He continuously observes and focuses on himself, delves into the continuous self-exploration of his body and mind in his culinary journey, and achieves continuous breakthroughs and progress. He strives to ensure that everyone who tastes his dishes will remember the works of Chef Tat and savor the flavors he has meticulously researched.
Rebirth
Food is an unfinished product. I want to infuse it with my heart, knowledge, and techniques to make it complete, allowing you to experience another possibility of happiness. I also hope that my philosophy can inspire the new generation of chefs and diners, and that the culinary arts and Chinese cuisine will continue to be passed down and promoted!
